Is there Wi-Fi and what are the costs?

Yes, there is Wi-Fi and it is for FREE.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are welcome, with the exception of following breeds of fighting dogs: Mastiff, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, American Staffordshire Terrier, Tosa, Bordeaux Dogge.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on one camping spot. In the rental accommodation  1 dog is allowed. No dogs are allowed in the Pods or the apartment. The price per dog per night is 3 €.

How much amperage is there?

Every campsite has a 10 ampere current. Connection with a CEE plug. 

Do you have to pay for a shower?

Yes, our showers work with coins. You can buy these coins in the reception and they cost 0,50 € for 5 minutes.

Should I bring my own bedding?

Pillows 60 × 60 cm and duvets 140 × 200 cm are available in the rental accommodation. It is possible to rent bed linen packages for 9€ per person and towels (1×small 1×big) for 5 € per person. You can also bring your own bedding.

Can I park my car at my camping spot or rental accommodation?

Yes, it is allowed to park 1 car at your camping spot or your rental accommodation.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals for the camping spots after 1 pm and departures till 11 am.
Arrivals for the rental accommodation after 2pm and departures till 10 am.

Barbecue and campfire?

Wood-, gas- or electric barbecues are permitted on the pitch. A small fire is allowed, but only in a fire bowl.You have to bring your own barbecues or fire bowls, we do not provide any equipment.

Do I have to pay in advance?

When making the reservation, a deposit of 30% must be made. You can pay online  while making your reservation or transfer the amount within 14 days. The balance must be paid six weeks before your arrival.  If you arrive within 14 days we ask you to pay the full amount in advance.

Is it possible to reserve 2 places at the same time?

If you reserve online, you can only reserve one place per booking. Of course, you can also make 2 separate reservations. In the comment field you can specify that the reservations belong together.

Is there an animation team and when?

There is an animation programm during the summer holidays (12 july till 20 august). Certainly, children will not be bored. The animation is especially suitable for children between age 3 to 12.

Shops and supermarket?

Next to our reception we have a small shop where you can buy the essentials. A small supermarket is located in Heiderscheid (5km), a shopping center Knauf, as well as a LIDL and ALDI are located in Pommerloch (10km).

You also have the possibility to order bread, pastries and baguettes one day in advance (till 6pm) and pick it up in the morning. We also offer breakfast. This must also be booked one day in advance.

CANCELLATION OF THE STAY!

Camping Bissen cancellation conditions

  • Case 1: Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the stay.
    The deposit of 30% of the price of the stay will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee.
  • Case 2: Cancellation between 20 and 8 days before the start of the stay. A sum equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation costs.
  • Case 3: Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before the start of the stay. All sums paid, i.e. the total amount of the stay, will be retained by the campsite. No refund will be made. If the client does not arrive at the campsite within 1 day of the start date of his/her stay and has not previously informed the campsite by post or email, the reservation will be considered cancelled by the client. In this case, the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
  • Bookings under 50 € will never be refunded.
  • Because of the financial loss, we therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover cancellation due to illness, death, etc. If you do not have cancellation insurance you can take it out via the link in the reservation confirmation.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

You have the option to sign a travel cancellation insurance while booking, offered by RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl.

Do we pay a deposit for a rental accommodation?

We do not charge a deposit for the accommodation, but on the day of your  departure we will have the accommodation checked  by one of our employees. We provide you with a clean rental accommodation, so we ask you to leave it in the same condition, e.g to wash the dishes, dispose the household waste, glass, paper.

CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS

•  Pitch is available from 13 am
•  Departure time for pitches is 11 am at the latest
•  A rented trailer/chalets is available from 2pm
•  Pod is available from 3pm
•  For rentals, the departure time is 10 am at the latest.

–  We do not charge any reservation costs

– A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation.

Can I make a reservation for next year?

You can already reserve for next year. In january you will receive a conformation and only then you have to make a deposit.
